1. Sample Policy
All stone tile/pebble/gravel are free of charge ,if you wish to have sample courier/ship to you, but the shipping cost at client’s account. Please provide courier contract number reference (DHL/TNT/UPS/FEDEX) 

2. Order Policy
We require 50% deposit from total transaction as order confirmation. Full payment for any commercial terms (Ex.Factory/FOB/C&F/CIF) should be received 1 week prior stone order release to the Shipping/Freight company

3. Payment Policy

4. Shipping Policy
Shipping is done by sea freight. Price can be made (Ex.Factory/FOB/C&F/CIF ) depending on the Customer’s request. Shipping company can also be nominated by Our Customer.

5. Minimum Order Policy
We have no minimum order required, except for L/c payment the minimum order required is US$50,000/Transaction.

6. Packing
Most products supply without PACKING, if packing is required ,it will be subject to extra charge according to the packing method required

7. Return and Refund Policy
The goods sold will not be taken back under any circumstances unless and otherwise the goods sent are the item other than the ordered item. Either replacement or a full refund will be given for the mistakes.

8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is confidential. We will not trade, rent or exchange e-mail addresses.We will keep Customer's design and will not sell to other Customer in the same area with the Customer's area as agreement.
